It’s a start-up based in Barcelona with 25+ years of experience in banking technology in EFT-POS, Card personalization Equipment and Artificial Intelligence. All of our Board Members have an extensive international experience in banking technology and International commerce.

Enterpreneur, Industrial Engineer and Executive MBA by IESE with twentyfive years of experience in International commerce mainly in banking technology. Fluent in Spanish, English, French, Catalan and Italian.Capitalizing on many years of experience in international sales of technology and the enthusiasm of the new challenges.

After many years of experience on Artificial Intelligence software and technology supplier for Finance Industry and Public Administration José María founded in 2014 TECH4FIN. Tech4Fin Software is an independent company developing and commercializing powerful software for the financial sector and public administrations on a Worldwide basis. The company offers Powerful Solutions in Factoring Matching FEM and EU FP7 AML project HEMOLIA, to sell, install and maintain at World level. In the past José María Morera has been in several international companies such DATACARD, TECHFOR HEALTH or VAYRIS as Banking Solutions Director & Sales Director. 

Telecom Engineer with more than twenty years of experience in banking industry (Artificial Intelligence solutions in private and public administration), in electronics sector: electro-medical devices, imaging diagnosis systems, terminals for secure payment transactions, systems based on Artificial Intelligence. He has hold executive roles in: Aplicaciones en Informática Avanzada (AIA), Ingenico, Claved and Telesincro.

Bio Alfonso BLANCO

Alfonso has an entrepreneurial and creative spirit. He has co-authored an innovative device for which he obtained an USPTO Patent (US 8251927, Alfonso Blanco et al, 2012). He has a true customer focus and he is conscious of both opportunities and actions costs to deal with. He has been leader of multidisciplinary teams. He developed with success his professional experience in all industrial areas, as a Director of Quality, Organization, R&D, Marketing, Engineering and Customer Service. He worked in close collaboration with EMS engineering departments around the world (Check Republic, Rumania, Brazil, and China) and with R&D teams in Spain, France, UK and Canada.

Federico has over 25 years business experience in investment, start-up, growth, management and turnaround of technologically complex organizations; he seeks, integrates and manages multifunctional and multicultural teams; conceptualizes, visualizes, communicates and sells complex products, processes and/or systems to customers, investors, decision makers, suppliers and/or public authorities and financial institutions across North- and South America, Central and Southern Europe, The Middle East, Mainland China and Hong Kong.

Federico is currently Tech4FIN’s member of the board and General Manager in Germany. In the past he has held executive positions in international companies such as Postbank, Amontis, Fidelio Networks, DataCard or WorldCard International. Federico holds an MS from Technische Universität Berlin, was visiting scholar for Artificial Intelligence at University of Illinois and is permanent lecturer at the Computer Science Department from Darmstadt University of Applied Science. Mr. Arnulf Romann is a member of the board of directors; he is also one of efcom gmbh’s founders. Mr. Romann is permanently extending his factoring knowledge. In his position as the Head of Consulting, he is dealing with most of efcom’s large customers, national as well as international and managing the project management.
